Trinity Health - St. Agnes Scholarship for Physical Therapy

The gift from Trinity Health has been established to support scholarships associated with Saint Agnes Medical Center (SAMC) that celebrate on the rich cultural diversity of our region. Trinity Health, the 10th largest health system in the nation and the fourth largest Catholic health care system in the country, is devoted to a ministry of healing and hope. Serving through a network of 47 acute-care hospitals, 432 outpatient facilities, 32 long-term care facilities, and numerous home health offices and hospice programs in ten states, Trinity Health draws on a rich and compassionate history of care extending beyond 140 years! SAMC has a long standing, vibrant relationship with Fresno State Nursing which has help generate this wonderful scholarship.

Scholarships shall be awarded to graduate students admitted in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program at Fresno State. Awards will be based on scholarship merit and financial need.

This scholarship opportunity has a financial need requirement. To qualify for this scholarship opportunity, applicants must also submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or the California Dream Application, and have a calculated financial need analysis done by Fresno State prior to the scholarship application deadline. When the Financial Aid Office receives and processes the FAFSA, a financial need calculation will automatically be uploaded to your scholarship application. The financial need of an applicant is based on the current academic year data when the student applied for the scholarship.
