Frances R. Hallberg Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the Wallace Hallberg Family. Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students based on educational promise. Preference shall be given to students who attended Pinedale Elementary School (in Pinedale, CA) or have demonstrated an interest in Mexican-American/Latino/Chicano/Hispanic studies, culture, and/or events.

Conditions of Scholarship Award
By accepting this award, you agree to abide by the following:

  • Maintain full-time enrollment at Fresno State
  • Maintain good academic standing
  • Notify the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships of any changes of major or degree objective
  • Submit a thank you letter to the donor

  • Delayed disbursement of funds
  • Forfeiture of award
  • Repayment of disbursed funds

Scholarship funds are released as soon as possible, but no earlier than one week before the beginning of the semester.
