Francis V. Higgins Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship for students majoring Civil Engineering. Students must be a sophomore or junior at Fresno State and have successfully completed coursework in Civil Engineering. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 for the past two semesters and demonstrate in interest in the field of Civil Engineering and the related professional activities of the Civil Engineering program.
