J. Eckle Starnes Scholarship

A scholarship fund was established from the estate of Mr. J. Eckle Starnes who was a retired Sanger automobile dealer. Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students based on financial need and educational promise. Preference shall be given to graduates of Sanger High School.
