Hubert Phillips Scholarship

A scholarship has been endowed by friends and former students of Dr. Hubert Phillips. This scholarship shall be awarded annually to students who have a broad background of english, history, sociology or related disciplines, and have definitely decided upon a life work which has some social impact, such as teaching, journalism, social work, etc.
