Michael L. Betrand Memorial Scholarship

Scholarships shall be awarded to sophomore and junior level students in the Geomatics Program who have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better. Special consideration will be given to Kern County residents or those students demonstrating leadership among their peers and/or involvement in related geomatics organizations.
