Kari Jorgensen Memorial Scholarship

Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving undergraduate students who take advantage of the Learning Center or Services for Students with Disabilities at Fresno State. Priority will be given to students with learning disabilities. These disabilities may include, but not limited to the following: dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, or any other related disability. Preference may be given to incoming freshmen with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or better.

  1. Are you currently receiving assistance from the Learning Center or Services for Students with Disabilities at Fresno State?
  2. Do you have a learning disability like dyslexia or one of the various forms like it?
  3. Please upload the necessary documents (or memorandum) from a physician or specialist, on office letterhead, with the physician/specialist signature to validate your status. Copies of clinical test results that do not have a diagnosis are not acceptable.
