Fresno State Alumni Association - John "Tony" and Bich-Tho "Bitta" Flores Scholarship

Scholarships shall be awarded to eligible members of the Fresno State Sigma Chi Fraternity who demonstrate overall excellence and accomplishment in pursuit of any degree and any major offered by Fresno State. All applicants must be a current Sigma Chi member or pledge in good standing of both the local and international fraternity chapters and have earned a 2.0 cumulative GPA or greater at Fresno State.
