Emory Ratcliffe Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by friends of Emory Ratcliffe who was a teacher at Fresno State. Emory dedicated his life to helping young men and women. This scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time student on the basis of educational promise and financial need.
