Dr. Ernesto Palomino Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students based on educational promise. Applicants must have a declared major in Art (any emphasis) and a 3.0 GPA or higher. Preference will be given to undergraduate students. Preference will also be given to students demonstrating an interest in Chicano Art.
