Dr. Jit Singh and Surinder Kaur Dhaliwal Scholarship

Scholarships shall be awarded to deserving students based on educational promise. Applicants must be from Fresno, Madera, Tulare or Kings Counties and have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher. Preference will be given to students who are majoring in Plant Science at Fresno State.
